CREDIT CARD AND STRIPE

Each purchase takes place in maximum security thanks to the use of the Stripe payment circuit to protect your personal data and your credit card information from unauthorized access. 

After confirming the order through the site, you will be directed to Stripe’s secure servers which will manage the transaction with all the most popular credit cards.

The accepted credit cards are: American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, PostePay and Visa.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and a summary of the details of your purchase. Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the appropriate section of your profile.

PAYPAL

Pay comfortably and in maximum security by accessing your PayPal account.

After confirming the order through the site, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure servers that will manage the transaction with all the most popular credit cards or directly through your Paypal account or PayPal top-up. The accepted credit cards are: American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, PostePay and Visa. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and a summary of the details of your purchase. Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the appropriate section of your profile.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree N. 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form), he has right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty and except as indicated in point 2 below.

RETURNS POLICIES

The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased.

An opening video is required upon receipt of the package to confirm correct receipt of the products. Once you send the video via Whatsapp or Telegram, we will be more than happy to resolve any problems with the latter.

The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts – including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment.

To limit damage to the original packaging, it is imperative to place it in a second box.

The affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product must be absolutely avoided in all cases.

The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Black Bird Japan will notify the customer of the incident, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods.

In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

Black Bird Japan is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

The refund is normally made within 4 weeks of the return, starting from the moment of delivery of the package to the appointed courier.

The time calculated in this way takes into account the time necessary for us to receive the return from the Courier assigned to process the return received and to obtain clearance from the customer’s bank, depending on the bank.

The product return procedure can be carried out by sending a withdrawal request via Whatsapp indicating the reason, the bank details for the refund and a copy of the order.

Once the return has been accepted, the customer will be notified that he will have to return the goods at his own expense to the address indicated by Whatsapp.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION

Once the payment for a Pre-order has been made, it is no longer possible to modify/cancel the orders.

CUSTOMS DELAYS

We inform our customers that sometimes there may be delays due to customs holdbacks.

In these situations we ask you to be patient until the unlocking occurs and, therefore, the arrival of the products at our warehouse in Italy.

These delays are in no way the fault of Blackbird Japan.

It is not possible to request refunds due to customs blocks since, as reported in the “PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION” section, it is not possible to cancel a pre-ordered product.

From the moment of the order, Blackbird Japan reserves the products directly to the customer, anticipating all costs.

Customs blocks can have various timings.

Black Bird Japan is keen to remind all its customers that the company is based in Japan and, consequently, if a product is temporarily out of stock in the ITALIAN warehouse, it may take variable times necessary for the transfer from Japan to Italy.

The timing can range from a minimum of 10 days to even 2/3 working weeks, excluding customs timing etc.

We also emphasize that any timing is highly variable. The product may arrive even before the “indicative” times provided previously as it may be subject to delays caused by reasons not dependent on Black Bird Japan (example: temporary customs blocks, delays in shipments from travel, etc.).

It would be impossible for Black Bird Japan to indicate all timescales for all products, in all situations.

Blackbird Japan will, as always, keep its customers updated so as to avoid too many messages in the chats which, being numerous, could increase the delay in responses.
